  • Lead generation via call links, WhatsApp, and inquiry forms

  • No booking or travel service ourselves

3. Subdomain Functionality

Each partner is provided a subdomain (e.g., agency.verified-travel.com) which is:

  • SEO-optimized

  • Linked to partner's GMB

  • Designed to route users to partner directly

4. Data Liability

We do not collect personal information. Any data submitted via a form is handled by the respective partner.

We are not liable for:

  • Booking issues or cancellations

  • Service disputes between user and agency

  • Data breaches on partner-managed forms

5. Agency Partnership

Partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Deliver professional services

  • Comply with consumer protection laws

We reserve the right to remove partners for violations.

6. Payment Terms

We charge:

  • Per qualified lead OR

  • Monthly SEO + lead generation fee

All payments are non-refundable once services are rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, content, and design elements are property of Verified-Travel.com and may not be reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, India.
